Cystic Acne Treatments and Solutions

Acne is a common condition that many people struggle with during their teen years and sometimes into adulthood. While acne can appear to be difficult to treat, there are many acne solutions and treatments that you can use to gain control over your acne and get the clear skin that you desire.

While one of the main causes of acne is having acne-causing bacteria on the skin, stress and hormonal changes can also have an impact on your skin and result in the formation of acne. The best way to prevent new acne from forming and treat existing breakouts is to lessen the amount of bacteria on the skin. Following a daily schedule of using the right acne products for your skin type is the best way to kill acne-causing bacteria and help keep your skin clear.

Proper treatment of acne starts with washing your face twice a day, usually in the morning and before going to bed. It's best to use cleansers aimed for people who have acne-prone skin, since these products will contain ingredients designed for the treatment and prevention of acne. The two most common ingredients found in many different cleansers are salicylic acid and benzoyl peroxide. These ingredients are known for their ability to reduce the amount of acne-causing bacteria found on the skin and will also aid in the exfoliation of your skin, which will help to keep your pores clear.

Keeping your pores clean and clear is important when finding a solution to your acne, since clogged pores will almost certainly result in the formation of new acne. When seeking acne solutions, it is best to apply either a gel containing salicylic acid or a benzoyl peroxide cream immediately after cleansing and drying your face. The application of these products will allow the active ingredients to penetrate deep into your pores and treat existing acne while also preventing new acne from developing on your skin.

Since everyone's skin is different and reacts differently to certain ingredients, you will have to try a product containing either benzoyl peroxide or salicylic acid and see how well it treats your acne. Regardless of which active ingredient you choose, you should continue the application of the product for at least two weeks to see how effectively it treats your acne. If your acne is not lessened after two weeks of using a particular ingredient, you can then try products containing another active ingredient.

It is best to seek the advice of a dermatologist if your acne is not improved after using over the counter acne treatments. They will be able to offer advice on the treatment of your acne while also recommending products that will work for your skin type.

The Reasons Behind Back Acne - And Back Acne Treatments That Really Work

Many who suffer with acne on the facial area also develop back acne which can be just as painful and sometimes more severe. Sebaceous glands which produce oil under the skin are somewhat larger on the back and can produce more oil and develop more cysts frequently.

Back acne treatment can often be challenging due to the fact that skin on the back is somewhat thicker than facial skin. If the acne is mild, effective treatment can involve simply cleansing the back gently with a 10% solution of alpha hydroxyl acid. Gently cleanse the area with this solution when you have a shower or bath.

If your back has more extensive acne, your acne treatment regimen may require a combination of benzoyl peroxide and alpha hydroxyl acid. As noted above, you simply cleanse the affected area and rinse it. You can also try sodium hydroxide soap with tea tree oil.

In the most severe cases, acne treatment may require a serious medication, such as Accutane. Accutane is most often used in the treatment of acne for the entire body. Many doctors will not prescribe this medication for back acne treatment because of the severe side effects, which include nosebleeds, headaches, dry or cracked skin, vomiting, thoughts of suicide and serious changes in behavior. This medication is one of the most effective drugs for treating acne because it reduces the size of the oil glands as well as the amount of oil that those glands produce.

There are other types of medications for acne on the back, including antibiotics. The treatment of acne on the back is usually much more aggressive than treatment for facial acne, because it is deeper under the skin and can cause large scars.

Part of your back acne treatment regimen should include showering regularly, especially after physical activity (sweating) and avoiding things that will rub on your back, such as a backpack and not wearing tight fitting clothing such as spandex.

7 Benefits of Laser Acne Treatment

1. Using laser therapy for acne treatment is fast and involves very little discomfort. The actual amount of pain involved will depend on the specific laser therapy being used. Blue light therapy does not usually cause pain, but there may be some slight discomfort for a few days following the treatment. A diode laser treatment can be more painful, because deeper layers of skin are affected. The time required for a session can range from fifteen minutes to an hour or more, depending on the degree of acne and whether scarring is visible.

2. Just a few laser treatments can make a big difference in how your skin looks and feels. In as little as two or three sessions you can see the results with less acne, and the improvement in your skin. For some individuals, or if your acne is really severe, more sessions may be needed before your skin starts to improve. Normally laser treatments are spaced out, with at least three or four weeks in between each session. This gives your skin time to heal properly.

3. Pulsating light therapy for acne treatment can be very effective at shrinking the oil glands in your skin. These glands produce oils needed to keep your skin soft and healthy. Large glands may produce too much of these oils, which then clogs your pores and can lead to more severe acne and more frequent breakouts. Using this type of laser therapy shrinks these glands, so that you still have some oil production but the amount is significantly reduced.

4. Laser therapy can help minimize the inflammation that occurs when you have an acne breakout. This causes your skin to become red, blotchy, and bumpy. This inflammation is caused by a combination of bacteria on your skin and excess oil production from your glands. A laser therapy session addresses both of the inflammation causes, so you have less redness and swelling..

5. Lasers provide acne treatment that reaches deeper into the skin than any topical applications or products can. The bacteria that can cause your acne can hide deep within your skin layers, where anything applied topically cannot reach. Laser light can reach in these hidden areas, and destroy any bacteria hiding out.

6. Another benefit of lasers for treating acne is that this method can help permanently reduce the amount of oil on your skin by damaging the oil glands. This damage causes the gland to produce less oil at any time, and the effects can be permanent. This is different from shrinking the glands, because the laser actually damages the ability of the gland to produce oil. Care should be used though, because if the oil glands are damaged too badly the result could be skin that becomes too dry, and result in another cause of acne.

7. Acne treatment which uses blue light therapy has been shown to reduce the amount of bacteria that cause acne on your face. Breakouts can occur when an excess of this bacteria causes inflammation and clogged pores. Removing most of this bacteria will minimize or even eliminate your acne breakouts completely.

To your inconvenience, you walk to your bathroom mirror to see what that is and it happens to be a hug pimple. If your luck couldn't get any worse, you have a hot date with the girl of your dreams or you have an interview for the job you have been trying to get for months. If so, you're probably looking for a way to get rid of this annoying red spot. Most of the time, people try to get rid of it by washing it with soap and water. Though this is an alright practice, it doesn't really get the job done. If you pop the zit, then you will have blood coming out of your face for an hour and there will be scab on your face. The best alternative in this situation would definitely be an acne home remedy.

The first thing you need to do is remember that you're not alone in this inconvenience. So many people have to deal with this problem everyday, but it is to your benefit that you are doing something about it. The people who have this problem often try to make their own acne home remedy so that they can be done with this nuisance. Unfortunately, not everyone knows how to do this right. Many overlook one of the most important steps of making the pimple dry. Here are some tips that will help you get closer to getting rid of this disturbing acne problem.

First, you should use lemon. Lemons are probably one of the most common ingredients in an acne home remedy that people use. What you need to do is cut the lemon. Once it is cut into pieces, squeeze the juice out of one of the pieces on your zit or wherever you are trying to get rid of acne. Once that is done, do not wipe off the juice. It needs to be on the affected area for anywhere between twelve and twenty four hours. The acid from the lemon juice is what will dry out the pimple on your face.

Another alternative is using toothpaste. Toothpaste has recently become a popular home remedy among acne sufferers. Just like the lemon technique, you apply some toothpaste to your acne or zit and keep it there for twelve to twenty four hours. For this method you should only use white toothpaste. That means no scope green toothpaste! Depending on the sensitivity of your skin, it might be best to just leave it on there for a few minutes. You wouldn't want to do more damage then good.

Hopefully, these couple of tips gave you some insight into a few good acne home remedies. I'm not a doctor and I don't claim to be. This is just advice from an acne sufferer. If you want a permanent, long term solution, it would be best to see a qualified dermatologist.

Natural Cures For Acne - This Is The Answer To Acne

Majority of the people in the world is suffering from acne at some point their life. This frustrating condition has withstood attempts to formulate a cure based on medications and chemicals. There is an increasing demand for natural cures for acne in the market today. The commercial products available are often very expensive and inneffective, disappointing their customers.

A therapy for acne that's produced without a thorough understanding of the condition's root causes is likley to be as ineffective as all the other over-the-counter medications sold to treat acne's symptoms. One of the main reasons for the acne outbreaks is overactive sebum glands - the overactivity is caused by hormonal imbalances on our systems. The overactive sebum glands produce oil that accumulates under the skin when our pores are clogged. Whenever there's an excess of such oil, bacteria thrive and inflame the skin - this is the acne outbreak.

Since one root cause of acne is a hormonal imbalance, natural cures for acne must address that imbalance. Our hormone levels fluctuate naturally as we're growing, which makes teenagers more susceptible to acne because their hormones aren't yet at mature levels. There are some adults, however, who also suffer from acne. One factor that leads to hormonal imbalance in our body is due to the diet that we are having.

Our diets include a great deal of chemical ingredients, additives and preservatives that aren't natural and can't easily be absorbed by our bodies. White sugar is one of them. The more sugar we eat, the more insulin our bodies create to help cells absorb it.

Excess levels of insulin and androgen, another hormone, have been shown in scientific studies to cause overactive sebum glands. Insulin can also promote inflammation on cellular level, as there will be an increase in pro inflammatory hormones such as Progstaglandin E2.

Since the hyperactive sebum glands are the result of excessive insulin, one way to being that under control is to avoid foods with a high sugar content. Reducing the consumption of refined carbohydrates will also reduce the quantity of sugar consumed. White bread, breakfast cereal and pasta are some good examples of refined carbohydrates.

Because acne is a condition characterized by inflammation, it would also be wise to eat foods that encourage the production of anti-inflammatory hormones such as Progstaglandin E1 and E3, which counteract pro-inflammatory hormones.Remember, acne is a condition marked by inflammation - if you can stop the inflammation from occurring, you can stop acne in its tracks.

Most acne sufferers want to cure acne by overpaying for pills or creams, but the causes of acne are beyond the reach of such superficial approaches. The greatest weapon we have against acne is our body itself, armed with the healthy diet we give it.

Choosing the Best Anti-Acne Treatment

For many of us, acne was an unfortunate side effect of puberty that fortunately went away as we entered adulthood. For some however, it is an ongoing problem, and even in teenagers, it can be serious enough to warrant an equally serious treatment. There are a variety of treatments available, from creams and cleansers available at the cosmetics counter to some serious prescription drugs. The treatment you choose will depend greatly on the severity and duration of your acne.

There are a number of creams, gels, lotions and soaps containing benzoyl peroxide or tretinoin (Retin-A) two of the most common anti-acne drugs. Benzoyl peroxide is available over the counter and can be found in some popular products like Clean and Clear, Oxy, Clearasil and Neutrogena Acne. Products containing Retin-A are available by prescription only. They typically come in cream, liquid and gel forms and are applied topically. Adapalene is another treatment sometimes used instead of Retin-A. Some have found it to be slightly more effective.

Both Benzoyl peroxide and Retin-A work by irritating the skin just a little bit. This encourages old cells to come off, and opens up pores previously blocked. Benzoyl peroxide is also effective in killing the bacteria which contribute to turning black heads and white heads into pimples.

If neither Benzoyl peroxide nor Retin-A seems to be doing the job, it might be time to look into a more serious treatment. Your doctor might consider prescribing Isotretinoin, or Accutane. This drug works by shrinking the glands that produce sebum. Since acne is caused by the overproduction of sebum, this is usually a very effective treatment. Keep in mind however, that Accutane can have some serious side effects like birth defects. Because of this risk, it is usually only prescribed in cases where acne is unusually severe or disfiguring.

Another possible treatment for acne involves the use of oral antibiotics. These work to kill the bacteria that cause the creation of pimples. One treatment found to be particularly effective is the combination of the antibiotic erythromycin and topical benzoyl peroxide applications.

An area where modern technology has stepped up to help is in laser skin treatments. Although laser treatments cannot prevent acne, they can recondition skin that has been permanently scarred by it. Laser treatments burn away the damaged layers of skin, and expose a new, undamaged surface.

In addition to the treatments above, there are some things you can do to help prevent and minimize acne. Make sure your face stays clean, but don’t let it dry out too much. Use an oil-free moisturizer if necessary. Take a multi-vitamin, and chromium and Vitamin A supplements. All of these combined can help minimize sebum production. If you must wear make-up, be sure that it is water-based, and remove it completely before bed-time. A healthy diet and exercise can do a lot to keep your skin healthy, along with the rest of your body.

Acne is an unpleasant condition, but fortunately there are a number of treatments. Start by trying some of the over-the-counter options, and if those don’t do the job, see your doctor. Try wearing only mineral foundations and organic cosmetics.

Cystic Acne Treatment - Leave Them Alone

When it comes to cystic acne treatment, this is what every acne sufferer should know. More specifically, acne cysts are of more trouble than the common acne category. You will be left with darker scars if they are treated improperly. After reading this article, you should be able to know what cystic acne is and what you should pay attention to as far as treatment is concerned.

Cystic acne is one kind of acne that is more annoying than what the word "acne" refers to. This is because that acne cysts are not only growing on the face. They can appear anywhere around the whole body of an individual. Another reason that this kind of acne is more of a trouble is because it takes longer to treat them. They are more stubborn because they are deeper in the skin.

And it's because of the above mentioned reasons that cystic acne can leave scars that are deeper and darker and more stubborn than the common categories of acne.

The permanent scar is one of the frustrating characteristics of acne cysts. Actually, that's not what the acne cysts themselves leave behind. It's bad treatment that contributes to the existence of the permanent scars. So don't rub or scratch or even squeeze it no matter how itchy it is.

Do you see what I mean by "leave it alone"? Most people simple weren't aware of the bad treatment of cystic acne means. I agree that it's difficult to remember what to do or not to do when you are annoyed too much by the itching or bad appearance. However, you should remind yourself of the permanent scars if they are not properly treated whenever you want to do something stupid.

Adult Acne Help - Solutions to Adult Acne

When people think of their acne they quickly look for solutions that are either to do with medication or lotion. These are very popular but they only clear up symptoms and not underlying causes. That's if they clear your acne up at all. In my experience I found that my skin had severe allergic reactions to some and the chemicals were just too harsh for my delicate skin. There are many other ways you can improve your acne that don't rely on either and these ways will also improve your health overall.

The number one solution to your acne is education. Become aware of your triggers. What causes you to breakout? This can be quite hard to achieve but if you really are serious about having clear skin it's the only way. One aspect of becoming aware can be to discover what foods trigger you to breakout. This would entail an elimination diet and then introducing foods one by one to see what your skin is sensitive to.

Other things that can help are to make sure you get plenty of fresh air and sunlight. Sunlight is an important aspect of your diet as it provides vitamin D. It will help with your overall health.

If you are fed up with conventional acne treatments you need to take a new approach. Clear skin starts from inside of you. Eliminate processed foods, try an elimination diet to overcome your triggers. Reduce stress in your life, exercise and be good to yourself. A diet high in dark leafy greens and plenty of fruits is the perfect way to go for clearer skin.

For those of you that HAVE to use something on your face daily please take into consideration the following advice before buying more chemical-laden junk.

Make sure you do not try to pop your zits either. This can lead to further inflammation so leave them alone unless you want them there for even longer. In regards to blackheads this is especially important as blackheads will "push out" when they are ready. With interference you will inflame them and cause a red zit.

Instead make sure you use only water to wash your face or a mild cleanser, twice a day. For moisturizing you can use a small dab of oil for example coconut or walnut oil found in your local store. This is the best thing you can do for you skin and will be kinder to it than any chemical lotion that promises the world.
You can overcome your acne but first you must realize that lotions and medications can only take you so far. Start working to clean out the inside of you and you will have the greatest success.

Blackhead Treatment - The Best Way to Do It

Blackhead treatment is slightly different from the treatment of other types of pimples. Regular acne cleaning may not be helpful because in this case the affected area is not usually inflamed. This is unlike in other regular pimples where once you control the inflammation, the clogged pores can be cleared.

You can use a facial mask to treat this infection. In this treatment, you start by washing your face with a warm solution. This helps in opening the pores; you then apply the facial mask and leave it for sometime. When you eventually remove the facial mask, it will clear the excess oil and open the pores thereby removing the blackheads. You may add a follow-up lotion as a finishing technique. The lotion will help to tighten the pores.

Facial scrubs can also be used in treating this infection. Scrubs are used to treat this condition in both teens and adult acne. Facial scrubs normally contain granules that are used to exfoliate the skin. Scrubbing helps to get rid of dead skin cells. It also helps to unclog skin pores as well as remove any material that may be clogged inside.

Be careful when using facial scrubs because they can also cause skin irritation. Blackhead treatment can also involve the use of an extractor or a remover. The remover normally contains a sharp lancet that is used for piercing. Some removers come with a ringed device that is used to apply pressure at the affected area while others come with a fine loop that is used to provide the needed pressure. If you don't treat blackheads, they can develop into cystic acne.

How to Deal With Pimples - 3 Steps to an Acne Free Face

We all want to have clear beautiful skin yet there are many who simply don't. Acne treatment is a billion dollar industry and all products promise to clear up acne. The probability is if you're reading this article, they did not work as promised. The product manufactures want you to believe they have the miracle cure but sadly most fall short. Most over the counter acne products treat the symptoms instead of the cause. In order to truly learn how to deal with pimples one must prevent them from occurring in the first place.

There are two culprits that cause acne. One culprit is dirt or bacteria and the other is stress. These can individually cause acne and when combined can lead to a serious breakout. These breakouts can happen out of the blue or can be an ongoing event spanning months and sometimes years. While some think acne is only a teenage problem, know from experience that adults have it too.

When learning how to deal with pimples it's important to control the amount of dirt and oil the face is exposed to. These dirt and oils seep into our pores via makeup, hair and diet.

- Oil based cosmetics is one of the worst acne causes. This is especially true for those of us who sleep in makeup. The oil from the make-up soaks into the pores causing them to become clogged. The clogged pore in turn tends to hold on to the dirt beneath the surface and then a pimple is formed. To combat this remove makeup each prior to bed and wash all cosmetic applicators thoroughly.

- Our hair is also a source of oils. Our hair comes in contact with our face constantly and when they retain oil it is transferred onto the face. This is especially true if you wear bangs. The best way to prevent oil from coming in contact with the skin via hair is to keep your hair up in a lose ponytail, braid or bun.

- Diet also plays a key role. Eating processed foods triples our chance to have acne problems. Try and stick with foods that are high in vitamins and minerals. Foods such as fish, chicken, apples, carrots and cucumbers are a good place to start. Avoid oily foods such as chips, candies and foods fried in oils. Instead of frying food grill or bake it.

Following these steps will decrease your likely hood of getting acne and will aid in treating it. The key is to be patient and consistent. Look at acne prevention at a lifestyle change instead of spot cure.

Severe Acne Treatment - 3 Severe Acne Treatment Myths Debunked

When it comes to severe acne treatment, most people everywhere are making the same mistakes over and over again. It's not really your fault though. The same bad information has been circulated over and over again. It's happened so much that people, even doctors, accept it as truth without really investigating the claims.

The most prevalent mistake when it comes to severe acne treatment is that acne is not linked to your diet at all. Despite claims to the contrary, there have never been thorough studies conducted in America. The last study was conducted in 1971 and lasted a whole 7 days and consisted of feeding patients 6 servings a day of various items, from chocolate to coffee. You don't have to be a genius to realize that breakouts take more than week to surface.

Another compelling factor for the link between diet and acne is multiple studies have been conducted on several non-westernized cultures such as the Kitavans, Ache and Inuits. In each instance, not a single case of acne was ever found amongst them. When the Inuits began consuming a western diet, however, they had multiple cases of acne as well as other health problems such as diabetes.

Another severe acne treatment myth is that acne is caused bacteria on your face. In and of itself, this is not a myth. The P. acne bacteria on your face feeds on the excess oil produced by your skin and begins multiplying out of control. What is so misleading about this is the P. acne bacteria exists on every single persons face. Furthermore, no one ever asks what causes our skin to produce to much oil in the first place. When we try to treat our acne by destroying the bacteria, we are merely attempting to treat a symptom and are ignoring the true problems.

The final severe acne treatment myth that still irks me the most is that the most common advice people give to acne sufferers is to wash their face. Acne hasn't a single thing to do with dirt on the skin and no amount of washing will do a single thing for your acne problems. In fact, to much washing will even cause you to break out even more because it will irritate the skin and cause it to produce to much oil, perpetuating the cycle all over again.

A severe acne treatment lies in treating the root cause. The root cause lies inside of our bodies; we are producing to many hormones due to a combination of factors that include both diet and a bit of genetics. The only severe acne treatment that will work is one that cures from the inside and deals with the real problems.

When you finally accept that typical severe acne treatment methods only try to deal with your acne symptoms instead of your real acne problems, you can finally progress into finding a real and lasting cure.

Identifying the Bumps - Acne Diagnosis

Acne is a very common skin problem, generally seen in adolescents- both male and female. Acne diagnosis can initially be done independently. It occurs because a high volume of fat and cellular material gets concentrated in the hair follicle glands of the affected areas.

Acne can be identified by the degree of intensity:

  • Mild forms of the skin problem appear as whiteheads, blackheads, and tiny eruptions without any swelling. These can be identified at home and can be taken care of with the help of homemade face packs or over-the-counter products.
  • Moderate acne demonstrates a larger number of whiteheads and blackheads along with abscesses. These can also be diagnosed and cured independently. However, please note that you must consult a dermatologist or your doctor if they persist for more than six weeks.
  • Severe acne results in outgrowths called nodules, which are filled with pus; and cause swelling and redness. These can get painful and itchy. You must get this condition treated medically and must not try to heal it at home.
  • A Few Ways To Spot The Spots:

  • When oil or dead skin deposits in the skin pores, small white contusions appear on the skin. These are known as white heads.
  • Similar to whiteheads are blackheads. They are black in color because of the exposure to air.
  • Blemishes and inflammation of the skin are signs of this commonplace skin problem which give you an indication that you need to visit your doctor.
  • Red scars and pimples with pus in the concerned areas are also two known acne indicators.
  • Constant feeling of pain and itchiness around the sores can be temporarily relieved at home by applying toothpaste; however, you must seek medical advice for long-term relief.
  • Scarring after the eruption has flattened is an indication of the acne. Normal pimples, if not pricked, do not cause scars.
  • Pus-filled abrasions are also a common way of identifying acne.
  • Why Do They Appear At All?

Unfortunately, one of the causes could just 'run in the family'. You may inherit this unwanted legacy from either or both of your parents. Nothing much can be done about that. However, this is good-to-know information as you can control your lifestyle to avoid acne.

This could also be one of the gifts of growing up. There are many hormonal changes that you undergo as an adolescent and some of those can result in acne. Puberty and menstruation can sometimes invite this unwanted guest in your life.

Irregular or imbalanced diet has also been known to cause the eruptions though its effect is still disputed. Nevertheless, avoid eating chocolate, oily, or spicy food or anything, which is high on cholesterol if you want to avoid getting these bumps on your face.

If you are stressed, which you could be considering the times; there is a huge chance of your developing the dreaded problem. So keep yourself as relaxed as possible.

Acne, like all skin diseases is easy to diagnose. All you need to do is to recognize the above-mentioned symptoms and then visit your doctor or a dermatologist. The doctor will examine your face, and the other affected areas and will suggest a course of treatment according to the acne diagnosis made by him/her.

What Triggers Acne in Women and What You Can Do to Help Prevent It.

Most of the medicines which are available in the market to cure acne are just temporary solutions to the acne. These medicines do not work affectively on the main cause of acne from where this issue gets generated. This is the reason why most of the people do not believe on these medicines because when they stop taking pills the acne came back they again have to face the trouble. What people need from these medicines is the permanent relief. For this the medicines manufacturer has to do a research so that they can find one permanent solution to resolve this issue.

To find the permanent solution one must know that what the real cause of the acne is. Usually it is believed that acne occurs when a human body carries much more toxics which the kidney and bowels can together remove. Kidneys and bowels are the only two body organs which help in removing the waste from the body which is also named as toxic. When the amount of toxic exceeds and gets out of the reach of kidneys as well as of the bowels then he acne arises.

These toxics could be anything but in the most cases it is the accumulation of the stored fat chemicals which even liver can not wash out. This is one of the most common reasons but there could be many more like issue regarding the fat digestion, food allergy etc. Apart from these, food allergy and the accumulation of body produced hormones could be the other reasons. All of these factors may look different but they have a same impact on a human body and that is the acne.

This is necessary to stop the production or control the production increase of these toxics because even if once they get overloaded then they may not let the kidneys and the bowels do their work properly. When this situation arises that is if the kidneys and the bowels are not able to tackle with the toxics then the entire pressure goes to the liver and then it is very hard for the liver also to resist in such conditions.

The main and the primary function, which liver is known for, that is to metabolize and convert the extra fat in to the energy which can be used by the body when needed. This work can only be performed by the liver but in such cases even the liver gets overloaded because at this stage the liver has to perform his function as well as the work which usually kidneys do. Usually an overloaded liver can not work up to its fullest because the liver too has limitations.

This condition can arise in any human body that the kidneys, liver and the bowels are not working perfectly and also there are chances that the person affected by it is not aware at all. At this stage the entire workload gets transferred to the lungs as well as to the skin and only because of this the skin gets breakout and acne occurs.
